Seeking to sell paper waste

Requirement Description:
My RWA , Shanti Niketan Residents Association hires waste collectors for collecting domestic waste from individual homes. Even when paper waste is separately given the our boys set aside only the thicker type for resale. The rest is uploaded into municipal vehicles. How can I connect with a paper re-cycler so that they can earn more even as a precious resource is diverted from the WrE / the landfill?
